Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, on web or iOS: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. You do it yourself — no request form, no waiting. Your personal information (email, name, avatar, password) is deleted, and that email can be used to sign up again later. Details in the privacy policy.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link. If you sign in with Google or Discord you don't have a tasky password — just use that button.
How do I invite my team?
Go to Team and create an invite link, choosing the role (member or viewer) as you invite. Whoever opens the link lands directly in your workspace after signing up.
The Discord bot isn't posting anything
Check Integrations → Discord: the workspace has to be connected to the right Discord server, and each project needs a channel selected. Standup reminders are optional — turn them on under automations.
I'm not getting push notifications on iPhone
Open iPhone Settings → tasky → Notifications and allow them, then reopen tasky once so the device registers again. Still nothing? Write to us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
The bot asked for a daily report on a day off
It shouldn't. tasky skips weekends and the holidays you've configured, unless you have an approved makeup shift on that day. If it still nags you, tell us — that's a bug.
Where is my data?
On Cloudflare's infrastructure. tasky has no advertising SDKs, doesn't track you across other apps, and doesn't sell data. The full story is in the privacy policy.
