Terms of use
UPDATED 13 JULY 2026
Using tasky — on the web at app.tasky.bot or in the iOS app — means you agree to what's below. It's short, and in plain language.
1. Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password safe; turn on two-factor if your work is sensitive.
- An account belongs to one person. Don't share one login across a team — invite each person into the workspace.
- You must be 16 or older.
2. Your content
- What you create — tasks, messages, documents, files — belongs to you and your team. We don't claim it.
- You allow us to store and process it as far as running tasky requires: displaying it, syncing it, backing it up, sending notifications.
- Don't upload things you don't have the right to upload, or anything unlawful.
3. What you can't do
- Attack, probe, or deliberately overload the service.
- Reach for data in a workspace you weren't invited to.
- Use tasky to spam, harass, or distribute malware.
Do any of that and we may suspend the account without notice.
4. The service is provided as it is
tasky is under active development. We work to keep it stable and your data safe, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted or never have a bug. Keep your own copy of anything that truly matters to you.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of tasky.
6. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone. We may stop serving an account that breaks these terms.
7. Changes
If we change these terms meaningfully, we'll say so in the app or by email. Continuing to use tasky after a change takes effect means you accept the new version.
